JESUS CHRIST AT THE CENTER
Anyone. Anywhere. Always welcome.
The Daily Gathering is a free Christian virtual church experience, created to help people know Jesus Christ, understand Scripture, worship God, and grow in faith.
Why we gather.
The Daily Gathering began with a simple conviction: because we love Jesus, we want everyone to have access to biblical teaching, worship, prayer, and Christian fellowship.
For families with young children, people with disabilities, those who live far from a church, and people who have struggled to find a welcoming congregation, gathering in person is not always practical. We exist to help bridge that gap. You are welcome here whether you have followed Jesus for years or are beginning with questions.
Our mission.
To make Jesus Christ known by providing free, accessible, Scripture-centered worship, biblical teaching, prayer, and Christian community to anyone, anywhere.
Everything here is free. There are no paid memberships, premium sermons, or financial barriers to participation.
Rooted in Scripture.
Our foundation is broadly evangelical Christianity: the God revealed in Scripture, Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior, salvation by God’s grace through faith, and a life shaped by love for God and neighbor. We examine biblical passages in their literary and historical setting, distinguish the text from our interpretation, and describe substantial Christian differences with fairness and humility. Denominational disputes and partisan politics do not set our agenda.
Sunday worship anchors the week. Daily gatherings and family lessons return to the same Scripture; our longer studies help us understand whole biblical books patiently. Prayer and encouragement connect our learning to real lives. We welcome connection with a caring local church when possible and do not replace personal pastoral care or provide sacraments online.
Careful teaching. Honest preparation.
AI assists with preparing lessons and narration. A human editor reviews teaching before it is shared. Scripture is drawn from the World English Bible; interpretations should always be considered alongside the biblical text. Scripture Companion is an optional study aid, not a pastor or a source of revelation.
Privacy and community care.
You may read, worship, and explore without an app account. An optional adult account keeps your private notes and reflections across devices. No child profiles or identifying information are needed for family worship.
Prayer requests can appear anonymously or under a chosen display name, or remain private to moderators. Public requests, updates, and encouragement are reviewed by a person. We do not invent community activity or prayer counts.
You can participate as a guest. A secure cookie keeps ownership of your requests on this browser so you can update or remove them. Clearing cookies or switching devices loses guest access; sign in before submitting if you need access across devices. Your display name is separate from this private ownership.
Prayer requests, private notes, and journals are not sent to external AI services. Selected public prayer requests may appear in worship only with the submitter’s permission. Please do not share another person’s identifying, medical, or contact details.
The prayer wall is not continuously monitored and is not an emergency service. For an immediate emergency, contact your local emergency service.
Scripture Companion asks for consent before sending your question and public Scripture to Google. Avoid sensitive personal information in questions. Google’s data-use terms apply, including possible improvement use on free services.
External music players load only when you choose to open them. Those providers receive your connection information and may use cookies under their own privacy policies. Browser privacy settings can restrict those cookies. No recordings are downloaded or redistributed by this site.
Signed-in adults can export or delete their Site information in My Journey. Guests can manage their requests on the prayer wall. Deletion removes active application records, not your Google account or copies awaiting removal from infrastructure backups.
Newsletter privacy.
Subscription is optional and requires email confirmation. Kit handles subscriptions and unsubscribe requests. Every newsletter includes an unsubscribe link. Subscriber email addresses are not sent to AI. We retain a keyed, non-public consent record; prayer requests and journal entries are never added to the newsletter. Unsubscribing stops newsletter email without affecting access to worship.
Scripture and music sources.
Scripture is the World English Bible, a public-domain translation supplied by eBible.org. Music recordings retain their publisher’s attribution and permissions.
